Key Responsibilities:

Supervise on-site technicians (electricians, plumbers, carpenters, etc.) and coordinate their daily work schedules.
Manage and monitor repair and maintenance activities across various client locations.
Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to company standards.
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams for timely resource allocation and material procurement.
Maintain job records, service logs, and prepare weekly reports for management review.

Respond promptly to service requests, complaints, or urgent repair needs from clients.
