Operate CNC machines to perform tasks milling operations
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
Set up machines, load tools and raw materials, and perform routine adjustments.
Monitor machine operation to detect any issues and ensure precision and quality.
Perform regular machine maintenance and cleaning.
Measure and inspect finished components using calipers, micrometers, and other gauges.
Troubleshoot minor problems during the machining process.
Maintain documentation and logs related to production and quality checks.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Collaborate with the quality and maintenance team to ensure product and process compliance.
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Tool & Die or relevant trade.
1 to 4 years of experience operating CNC machines.
Basic knowledge of CNC programming is an added advantage.
Ability to work with measuring tools and interpret engineering drawings.
Good attention to detail, quality orientation, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in shifts if required.
Familiarity with FANUC/Siemens/Heidenhain or HAAS controls.
Must worked with 3 axis or 5 axis CNC Milling Machines
Exposure to lean manufacturing or 5S practices.
Knowledge of G & M codes is a plus.
